Through international cooperation programs such as SWAIMS and POC II, new patrol craft and RHIBs are being delivered to maritime authorities in Senegal, Cabo Verde, The Gambia, Liberia, Guinea-Conakry and Sierra Leone. These vessels are intended to strengthen operational capacity in areas such as maritime surveillance, search and rescue, fisheries inspection, boarding operations, and the fight against maritime crime.
The references include Searibs patrol boats supplied under the POC II program in Senegal, as well as Narwhal RHIBs delivered through the SWAIMS program to several West African coastal states. Among the specified installations are Narwhal 8.6 m RHIBs fitted with Ullman Biscaya XLT 00 seats on custom bases, providing crews with shock-mitigating seating designed for high-speed professional operations.
