Ambar 800 series vessel, is the latest addition to Silver Ships’ workboat commissions.
Equipped with a heavy-duty towing post and cleats, the vessel is used to help keep boaters in Long Beach safe and free from the stress of potential breakdown. While the boat’s main mission is focused on towing, it will also assist in additional missions such as dewatering flooded boats.
Ambar series vessels, part of the Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat (RHIB) family, were originally designed to meet the demands of the North Sea as rescue boats and have been used in many applications from fire and rescue service to patrol and research missions.
The AMBAR 800 features two Ullman Patrol Jockey Seats , which ensures safety for operators during fast response missions.
